Chef Pat" Chadwick didn’t just open a restaurant; he brought a movement to Eastern North Carolina. After earning degrees in Applied Science, Baking, and Pastry from Carteret Community College, his dream hit the pavement in 2019 with the Sea & Soul food truck. What started as a local favorite at festivals has evolved into our flagship Bar & Grille in James City. We’re still reimagining coastal comfort, one soulful bite at a time.
